Sense of accomplishment. You are amongst tons of very smart people. Many learning opportunities. You need something to perform your job? You will most likely get it.
Life/work balance can get hectic. There is no hand-holding. A tough environment for some introverts. The office can get a bit loud sometimes.
Management has been doing a great job. A few hits and misses, but overall it has been amazing working here.
