Great job, but you need to work for years to get promoted
An exciting job where you can learn every single day. It is fun to be part of such a huge organization and work with many amazing people. There are many pros to the job that a person would like, such as a solid salary and many possibilities to move within the company.
There is no officially defined role on paper. It's just a job you are doing, and you are mostly not compensated enough for it, as you perform tasks above your pay grade.
Be more transparent at times and take more leadership.
