Everyone is pretty much top-notch.
Yeah, it can get out of hand. I'd find it hard not to put in the hours to get the job done well. We do it to ourselves. So take it easy when things are quiet; you'll be back at the grindstone soon enough.
In some divisions, there seem to be very few perks and amenities compared to other groups.
