It is very top-down, but it is not working anymore in this AI 2.0 era.
Functional teams and projects are duplicated here and there. Tools and platforms are duplicated here and there. There is a lack of company-wide planning and strategy.
Be aggressive on AI, not conservative.
Raise the bar on Infra!
Unify teams and scopes.
Top-down is OK only when leaders are visionary and right.
Dare to fail. Even encourage employees to explore.
