Advice to Management

Drain the swamp! Overhaul your review and compensation process. Make it more transparent and consistent across the company.

Implement shorter, 6-month performance cycles and 360-degree review processes.

Create development tracks for progression as an individual contributor.

Weed out the terrible managers who create employee churn.
