An engineer contacted me based on my technical blog. I had a phone interview, then was flown out for a full interview. It was a pretty intense interview (I've been through an MS interview, too). There were lots of people, and the interview was very

HR call followed by an engineering coding interview. The 60-minute coding round was divided into debugging and coding. I was not selected for the next round, perhaps due to the high number of candidates interviewing for the same position.

The interview process consisted of: * Recruiter screen - non-technical * 1-hour programming exercise * On-site interview The on-site interview was scheduled from 9:30 AM to 1:45 PM. All of the interviewers asked technical and challenging questions.
