It’s certainly the people that work at Apple. They are very supportive. If you want to grow and are ambitious, then managers and leaders help create opportunities for you, so you can prove you can lead projects and assignments handed over to you.
Some of the tech stack is pretty old and legacy, which isn't used by others in the industry and which they are migrating away from. But this can be seen as a con for someone starting out.
