Stable, no large-scale layoffs. Apple product discounts. Okay benefits. Good work-life balance.
Pay isn't competitive if you stay in the company for a long time. My team has poor diversity, dominated by a group of people from a certain country. It's hard to get promoted. Good opportunities are always theirs. There's a politics game to push you out.
