Brand name recognition: you will see several dozens of InMails on LinkedIn just because you work for Apple!
Benefits are excellent as far as medical is concerned. The 401k is not so good for a new hire, but it builds up. Vacation also builds up in a couple of years.
No work-life balance. Most employees slog. I think the mantra is to extract as much as possible from the well-paid employee.
Vendors/contractors are abused with heavy workloads because everyone knows in the US, the H1B visa status is essentially slavery.
Please care for employees. Employees are people with families and need to spend time with them. When will managers stop acting and actually start caring?
