Apple has a really good reputation for its products. You always get a discount on their products. There is a good team at Apple. The instructors always help, and they always give you really good service.
It is hard work. You are there to keep the merchandise and software functioning well so the customer is always satisfied.
Well, I think the management at Apple is pretty good. Their attention towards the customer is really good, and the environment is a really good atmosphere and a really good place to start a career.
