In-person interview with a 4–5 person panel, following an initial phone screening. I presented a demo and answered questions about it. Topics included context engineering and LLM inference evaluation. Overall, the process involved relatively simple

Apply online, then discuss with the hiring manager. Next, there's a normal HR call with "B Q" questions, followed by coding questions, and finally system design questions. (Referral). The overall process is reasonable.
