I was interviewing at the Beijing office. It was alright, not very hard. There were a lot of rounds, though, if I remember correctly: 12 rounds in total. This included: * 5 tech rounds * 6 higher executive rounds * 2 HR rounds

I applied through an employee referral. Very standard, recruiter screen, 1 interview round, multi round of 4 interviews. None of the leetcode style questions were any more difficult than medium. Recommend grinding leetcode for the interviews.
