Stable company, vacation time. Lucky if you get a good manager who can project your contributions well to get a promotion or good numbers.
Specifically in SWE, there is not much learning and technical growth, as we have to do work which is high-level or not deeply technical. Only a few people will get to do good work. Also, it is not easy to work on your project ideas. It takes a long time (multiple years) to establish credibility. You will end up working a considerable chunk of time on radars (bugs).
It's a closed technology mostly. The salary is less compared to other FAANG companies.
Overall smooth. Had 3 interviews: one behavioral and 2 technical. Heavy system design and debugging. Interviewers were nice, standard interview format with an introduction and then mostly technical questions. Some OOP concepts needed as well.
