I was first contacted by email to set up a phone screen. The phone screen consisted of questions about past experience (e.g., the hardest problem you ever had to solve) and no technical problem-solving. This was then followed by an on-site interview

It was a very tough but good experience. If you practice enough, you'll be able to make it. Everyone can make it; you just have to do more problem-solving and understand what you're doing.

An HR contact reached out to me through LinkedIn. I had three phone screenings and failed at the third one. The HR contact generally notifies me of the next phone screening after two to three days.
