Some groups are great and create a fun, challenging, rewarding environment.
Great benefits for employees.
They provide buses to Santa Cruz (and other far-away places).
Some groups in Apple are very dysfunctional and miserable to work in. Lots of really bad managers who shouldn't be managing. Everyone thinks they're Steve Jobs. Currently very over-crowded until they open The Spaceship.
Try to learn the qualities that make for a good and effective manager.
Don't be arrogant and narcissistic. Don't be a bully.
