It was a normal scenario-based interview. You would be given a real-time scenario and asked how you would handle it. I was asked about monitoring and tools used, etc.

Good. Focused on containers and scripting in Python. Smooth process, leadership is a tough one. Try to focus on K8s and Python; that's all. If it's a senior role, go deep into technical implementation to improve.
