The interview process took less than 2 weeks. I had 3 interviews, including a recruiter call, one online technical interview, and one 4-hour panel interview onsite.
The technical questions were very easy, with coding challenges literally from HackerRank for 10 points. All were resolved.
I got rejected for “concerns about the pace of the culture and kind of how we move here.” I asked too many questions about the work environment and what keeps people at the company. All I got was “I learned a lot here.” Also, I was concerned that 150 people were working in one room; it was very crowded and noisy.
If you look at LinkedIn, you’ll see that most of the people are just graduated or from some boot camp. So, they don’t really care about the technical part; they more want to know if you’re ready to work hard, 50 hours minimum. So if you want to pass, you have to show that you’ll be working harder and longer.
