After applying, there's an HR Phone screen round with standard behavioral questions, which is pretty standard. Then there's a one-hour technical round, which I did not pass. The interviewer was friendly, and at the end it seemed like I made it through, but they scheduled a follow-up soon after to tell me I would not be moving on.
