Very nice, quite fast. There were 3 technical interviews and one HR interview.
Each technical phase was about 1 hour long and included 2 stages:
- Explaining about myself and former projects.
- Technical questions.

Pros: Lots of opportunity for professional development, for patient and hardworking individuals who know how to navigate workplace politics.
Strong, profitable company with intensive customer connections.
Lots of travel opportunity to customer sites (especially in the Far East). People often take a personal holiday after the customer engagement is finished.
Cons: Work can get very pressured. Deadlines are treated very seriously. It's part of what makes the success with customers.
