I applied online.
First round was an online test with 50 questions in 60 minutes. Questions included some reasoning, finding program output, data structures, and operating systems.
Second round was a phone call. It was just a screening round about the project and work. The interviewer asked me if I had worked on any project from scratch. My answer was no. After this, I didn't get any call for the next round.
I tried to connect with HR, but every time got the same answer that he didn't get the feedback yet.
Advice to Team: If you want to shortlist a candidate on the basis of a screening round, then you should take this screening round before the online test. After clearing the online test, I was expecting an F2F round.
If I never worked on any project from scratch, it doesn't mean that I will not be able to do it. Please do not judge a book by its cover. At least you should give candidates a chance to prove themselves.
What projects have you worked on? Why do you want to join us?
