One technical and one HR interview were conducted. The qualification required was a PhD. Hands-on experience in clean rooms and process tools is a plus. The technical interview revolved around basic concepts of lithography, SEM imaging, and cAFM for me, and a few questions about my PhD thesis work. Questions will be asked about what your resume has that is related to semiconductor devices and processes/tools.
HR questions were regular questions. No big deal.
