I am a physical scientist engineer intern. I did not apply for this position; the manager emailed me and found me in the talent pool.
There was only one round of interview with the whole team, a total of six engineers, for 45 minutes. It was about my background and skills on the resume. One week later, the manager emailed me about a delay in the hiring decision, and one week after that, I was rejected. I am the backup, I guess. The team is nice, but it is not the area I specialized in.
What tools did you use? EDA tools? Soldering experience?
