Pros: Great place, lets you develop with guidance, no micromanaging.
Cons: Too many people in groups that have been working together for too long.
It's hard for managers to be effective when the employees they are managing went to school with the manager and have worked with them for 20 years.
Shuffling people around and bringing in new faces and new ideas can only benefit this company.
