Process
You have to prepare a 30-minute presentation showing your work from your previous job or from the university if you are a graduate. The director and all the managers attend the presentation. Then there is a short presentation from the director and a short discussion with him. After that, there is a waiting time of around three weeks before there is an answer from the management.
