Mechanical Engineer II Interview Experience - Santa Clara, California
Process
Invited for an on-site interview at the Santa Clara campus, for the semiconductor group. Multiple interviews with different functional groups were scheduled for the same day. Interviews comprised of both technical and behavioral questions, mostly relevant to my resume. All interviews were similar and back to back, for about 30-40 minutes each.
The hiring manager called me two weeks later to confirm my offer. HR then called me up to go over my offer and finalize. Overall, a very smooth process.
