Hiring was carried out through the NCG (new college graduate) program. It was a well-organized induction program. The initial screening interview was conducted on campus. The second interview was held at a hotel, where you met four various people, including the hiring manager and HR. After this, they extended an offer. However, the offer was very well-calculated as per current market survey, not generous. The NCG program itself was a good experience.
