Process

The interview process was for a 6-month internship. It was informed that candidates would be taken onto the permanent payroll based on performance. Candidates were shortlisted based on an online test. There were a total of four rounds for the selection process: three technical interviews, with a few HR questions in later rounds, followed by one management round. The process was very quick, as some students were being interviewed for the first time, while others were already in the second or third rounds. I completed all the rounds of the process, but the company representatives did not respond for a few weeks regarding whether I was selected or rejected.

Questions

Some questions about C++, Java, data structures and algorithms, previous projects, interests, and experiences. They also tested problem-solving and programming skills by means of some general puzzles and a few programs in your preferred language.
