Technical Lead - Java Interview Experience - Bengaluru, India

Process

Worst interviewer, he doesn't have much idea on Java. An 8+ years experienced person was assigned for a 1-1 interview with a junior who doesn't have the capability to understand the logic for the code which we have written in the written test. He was asking college viva questions. The interviewer was trying to reject from the very beginning with a cool attitude.

Bangalore-based startup companies will give you a better experience with awesome questions which puzzle your brain. In Applied Materials, interviewers look at your resume first, where and which companies you have worked, and they will understand your current salary position. If you have worked from Tier 1 companies who are paymasters, you won't get the offer.

Better avoid interviews with Applied Materials. You will regret it later.

We spend our time and energy going there to face challenging questions, but they will ask you college viva questions and they will not look at your technical skills. They will look only where and all you have worked. If they sense your CTC is lesser than theirs, then you will be hired!!

Better skip this company interview!!
