- The work culture is very satisfying and allows for managing work-life balance.
- Overall management is very generous towards employees.
- There is no doubt about job security, though contingent workers can feel secured on the job.
I feel onsite opportunities are less, and I also see no long-term opportunities (at least 1 to 2 years). Again, it depends upon the team in which we are working.

The interviewer was chill, but provided no feedback. He didn't ask many questions and didn't show interest in my responses. He asked some questions on the resume and followed up with some technical questions.
