- Work with very experienced technicians who are willing to pass down their knowledge.
- Relaxed environment.
- Direct leads do not micromanage.
- Rapidly growing company with lots of opportunities.
- OT is mandatory. Hours are long.
- It's hard to move up the ladder unless there's a sudden surge in hiring.
- Corporate and higher-up management hardly takes the initiative to meet with techs and see problems firsthand.
