Relaxed environment and nice coworkers.
Bad communication from management. Hours are not good. At any given point, they will either make you work 60 hours for months at a time or cut you to 40 hours for months at a time.

The first and final interview happened through phone. I was asked a few questions to see if I was fit for the position. There were no technical questions. The manager was very polite.
