- Micromanaging supervisors
- Keeps entire departments on contract for as long as possible until turnover is too high to ignore
There’s a clear difference between how contract and full-time are treated. There's such a disconnect between management and technicians that they lose their most experienced techs for simple reasons.

Engineering Technician
The first and final interview happened through phone. I was asked a few questions to see if I was fit for the position. There were no technical questions. The manager was very polite.
