Decent pay, lots of overtime, on-site cafeteria, and many learning opportunities for movement across maintenance groups.
No work-life balance. No PTO for those under contract. Without a reference already employed by the company, it is incredibly difficult to be hired on unless demand is really high.
Find ways to set a development plan for those on contract, to be hired on.

The first and final interview happened through phone. I was asked a few questions to see if I was fit for the position. There were no technical questions. The manager was very polite.
