This company is good for people who want to retire and do nothing. There are some people who do nothing without any pressure or warning. Other people have to work really hard to cover lazy guys.

The first and final interview happened through phone. I was asked a few questions to see if I was fit for the position. There were no technical questions. The manager was very polite.
