Too much overtime if you are in Operations (6 days/week, 10-hour days). The majority of management does not take accountability for issues or try to remedy them. This place is a good starting point, but their wages are poor, and so are raises. Suggest to learn what you can and run with it if you work here.

The interviewer was chill, but provided no feedback. He didn't ask many questions and didn't show interest in my responses. He asked some questions on the resume and followed up with some technical questions.
