Good benefits, poor work-life balance
Benefits are nice, with good PTO, sick pay, etc.
No work-life balance, no consistency in scheduling. Sometimes management does not communicate effectively with you (really depends on which department you are in, I suppose). Avoid night shifts.
Be more transparent, show more respect towards your employees, and be more understanding of deadlines and expectations.
