Pay is decent. Coworkers are mostly friendly.
The job is boring, rote work much of the time. Those who have taken the time to earn an engineering degree will most likely quickly get bored and unsatisfied. Weekends are often mandatory.

The first and final interview happened through phone. I was asked a few questions to see if I was fit for the position. There were no technical questions. The manager was very polite.
