Pros

Learn a lot of engineering fundamentals and get good hands-on experience working with machinery and tools.

Cons

Work-life balance is not possible with this work schedule.

I work 60 hours a week in 10-hour shifts, 6 days a week.

Advice to Management

Management only cares about volume and production, not taking into account the techs' inputs on schedules and work procedures. Work-life balance should be a thing.
