It will be an ok place for building experience.
Everything is bad. The benefits are not even close to other companies of the same size.
I don't know about the other building or manufacturing sides, but the engineering side in R&D is really toxic. All the Chinese and Vietnamese are mean and rule. They yell at me using the F-word without fear of getting in trouble, because they know no one can replace them in their positions. If you want to have a kindly talk or speak, this is not the place. HR is on their side, so don't even bother talking to them.
You are hourly, but they will expect you to work 24 hours with 8 hours of pay.
Feels like not an American company, more like an Asian-type company.
REALLY TOXIC PLACE. So be careful, try to calm down around the worst people in the world in here. You will make it.
A different management team may work.
The first and final interview happened through phone. I was asked a few questions to see if I was fit for the position. There were no technical questions. The manager was very polite.
Got a call from an Adecco Recruiter to talk about the position. I then talked to an onsite recruiter over the phone. Two days later, I was offered a position.
Applied interviews are tough initially, but once you are in and you want to move around, the other interviews are more of a social than a business trip.
