Fast and painless in the '90s

For me, there was one round with multiple hiring managers in front of me. Each took turns asking me questions. It took a while for them to get back – about three weeks to one month.

Expect questions on basic engineering skills, engineering change process knowledge, schematic drawing interpretation, etc. In the following days, an interview with the Engineering Director for more formal questions and to understand long-term goals.
