Low Bar, Clueless Management
Easy to get hired, as the bar is set very low.
The base salary is below average for the area.
Managers and directors are clueless.
You will have to work long hours to cover for their incompetent decisions.
You have too many "managers" that push unnecessary meetings.
Those are a bunch of counterproductive spreadsheet players.
You have too many process engineers who are essentially mindless taxi drivers for coupon tests.
And you have very few engineers who actually do the important work.
That's the recipe for a disaster in the coming years.
