All in all, a positive experience and challenging
Provides a very good opportunity to express your capabilities if you are a highly motivated person with a positive attitude towards others and your objectives.
Long hours make it impossible to have a normal family life while working at AM.
Relatively new management is manipulative and fails to meet goals. I see that management not as the best AM has had, with all basic values established years ago.
Keep core values not as something you hang on the wall. You have to continuously prove that this is the way of life.
