Communication needs work. Combative culture
Biggest semiconductor equipment provider. Opportunity to travel, exposure to new skills, networking with other people in the industry, and good support for education.
Communication between groups and within groups was lacking. Training of new hires in the systems and methodology of the company was poor. Culture was very divisive and antagonistic.
Senior management has started making some real effort to improve communication flow from the top to the bottom. Please continue with those efforts and get middle management on board with these efforts because they're still not getting it.
