It was all money-focused. I was told to ship product that was not properly tested and told to keep quiet about it
They would pay for lunch, maybe once or twice a quarter.
Just REALLY poor management. I’m talking really bad.
Every manager is looking out for their own interest, thinking they could be the next one getting fired. It was apparent.
Lead with your head, not your heart. Let people know that you care. You guys did a poor job of that when I was around. Get someone to direct who had a spine.
