Great company overall, with good compensation and benefits. The work and technology are also interesting.
Team management was horrible. There really wasn't any active management. People in management roles did not want to manage, and so they didn't. It felt like a free-for-all, with more senior devs doing whatever they wanted.
The team needs to focus on producing a product quickly that meets customer needs instead of rewriting working code that has passed QA and meets requirements.
