Unqualified people are chosen for positions they are unqualified to fill, due to company politics (friends of the right people).
Lots of pointless meetings consume a lot of time (at least 2 hours a day, and I believe the average is about 4, while almost every week I have one day that is entirely meetings) that could have been used to work.
The technological stack is very outdated, and a lot of the platforms and tools being used in the company are irrelevant almost anywhere else.
