Good work culture. Flexible hours. Location is Bangalore, India. Good base salary.
Managers are not experienced and favor sycophants.
Bleak chances of onsite travel opportunities.
Growth is not so good, hardly 5% to 10%.
Managers should be experienced and not favor sycophants. They should give exposure to onsite opportunities.

Applied Materials Interview Experiences
C++ Developer
2-hour interview, including puzzle questions, C++ language knowledge, and DSA questions. The overall experience was average. There were 3 problem-solving questions, 3 puzzles, and 3 DSA questions. The first round consisted of questions and answers.
Senior Staff Engineer
Very easy. I had one coding and technical round, followed by a technical interview with a company fellow. I got an offer in one week, but the salary and benefits offered were substandard. The projects were good, though.
Mechanical Engineer I
Written test followed by 3 rounds of technical interview. Last round with a US-based manager, all this in a single marathon day. Interviewers were very knowledgeable senior executives. They made me feel comfortable.
