Some managers can be into micromanagement or fault-finding (but I have not faced this).
Few teams work in different shifts and don't encourage other shifts (again, this is not in my team).
Located in Whitefield like other companies, this makes it a long commute (1.5 + 1.5 hours) every day for most of us.
