Few teams work in different shifts and don't encourage other shifts (again, this is not in my team).

Located in Whitefield like other companies, this makes it a long commute (1.5 + 1.5 hours) every day for most of us.
You are doing well. I am amazed at the number of things you do at every stage and the good planning from management. Keep doing what you are doing! I love to be a part of this great company.
