Challenges from a PDC Perspective
Applied Materials (AMAT) is an excellent company. However, within its Business Unit (BU) called PDC, certain challenges exist for employees joining from the Bangalore office.
While some individuals may appear to be supportive, they tend to engage in excessive micromanagement, overseeing even the smallest details.
